The eBook of abstracts from the high-level environmental conference Nature-based Solutions: From innovation to Common Use, organised by the Estonian Presidency of the Council of the European Union from 24 to 26 October 2017, is now available.

The Conference gathered more than 400 scientists, experts, policy makers and nature enthusiasts from around the world at Tallinn University to discuss how to best integrate solutions inspired by nature into urban environments and everyday life. The goals of the conference were to serve as an important step in popularizing nature-based solutions across Europe and disseminate the discussions that took place to the Member States, the European Commission and other stakeholders involved in the development of NBS to help plan their future activities. The conference also aimed to highlight best practices to develop policies related to nature-based solutions.

The eBook provides background information and an overview of the conference, presents the speakers, and introduces the sessions that took place during the conference.
