The Open Nature Innovation Arena (ONIA) is the ICT component that will enable the bottom-up innovation supporting part of the steps of the NBS co-creation process. Indeed, the ONIA will allow all the stakeholders (including Living Lab users and experts) to highlight real, social and territorial difficulty creating new ‘Problem’, and to collaborate on defining a possible Nature Based Solution (NBS). The aim of the Urban Living Lab training is to support UNaLab front-runner cities in setting up and running their Urban Living Labs. ULL methodologies and tools are utilized in defining, testing, evaluating and implementing NBS in a co-creative manner. By involving all the stakeholders throughout the process, from public, private and academic institutions as well as the citizens themselves, the ULL methodology facilitates a structured, iterative decision-making process for the successful implementation of NBS.
